Stop surprise cloud and API bills
CapBrake is a free checklist that walks you through turning on every native spending cap at 9 providers. Each step links straight to the right settings page. Your progress is saved in your browser, so there is no account to make.
What the checklist covers
Step by step guides for AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, OpenAI and Anthropic. Each guide says what the cap stops, what it does not stop, and links to the provider's own docs.
We never ask for a cloud credential
The checklist only links you to your provider's own settings. You make every change yourself, signed in on their site. CapBrake never asks for your cloud or API keys, tokens or passwords.
The alert relay
AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase and Cloudflare do not give most accounts one hard cap on the whole bill. They send budget alerts by email instead, and a single email is easy to miss. The CapBrake relay gives you a private address to put on those alerts and sends each one to your browser or Slack.
The relay is free in early access. Sign in to set one up.
Join the waitlist to hear about the relay.
We may email you about the relay and to ask whether you would pay for it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. See the privacy page.
Would you pay for the relay?
The planned price for the relay is $5/month. We are not charging anything yet, and there are no card fields anywhere on this site. If the relay is worth paying for to you, a short written commitment helps us decide what to build. It is not a purchase and you can withdraw it any time.
I would pay $5/month for the relay once paid plans start. We are not charging anyone yet.
